Nominations for xserver branch 1.5 (and patches for 1.4)

The following commits in xserver master have restored Xprint (Xprt)
build and functionality.  I would like to nominate them for inclusion in
server-1.5-branch.

Disable D-BUS from Xprint.


If desirable, the Xprt build can similarly be fixed in
server-1.4-branch, adapting Debian patches:
