xorg and xserver problem

Hi,

I cant switch my keyboard indicator and it shows a problem which is 
related to xserver and xorg and to mentioned it happened after upgrading 
from7.10 to 8.04 and her I attached the error notification.

Please let me know how to rid off this problem.
