liblbxutil broken?

Hi Adam,

In 57d09e47d05fce0d6df4060b2eff9a8efcc25b2f you have removed lbxzlib.h
from the xextproto sources. However, liblbxutil does still reference
this header file (1.0.1 as well as git head).

Is there some new dependency, or is this just a bug?
