Different cursors for multiple pointers?

XIDefineCursor on the root window, there's no server flag for this though.
it's not really a global setting either, it'll get overridden by
locally-defined cursors, pretty much in the same manner as normal cursors.

the choice of cursor follows:
- is there a pointer-specific cursor defined for this window? if yes, use
  it. if not, then
- is there a cursor defined for this window? if yes, use it. if not, then
- select parent window. goto 10.
