is there any offline drawings in the xf86 impl ?

hi everyone , I 'm reading the x-server source code and I just follow into the xf86 backend for a sisfb machine , but I just puzzled about this : the pixmaps are allocated in the sys mem but I cannot find drawing operations on pixmaps , can  anyone help me ?
