Those specifications don't give the size of the font, so it's probably
matching something very small.
Back in the day, I had
MenuFont "-adobe-helvetica-medium-r-normal--18-180-*-*-*-*-iso8859-1"
TitleFont "9x15"

Can't help there. But did you try using underlines "________________" ?
