[Clipart] introduction

Hiya...I added you to have wiki access. Please post your content to some
page. Maybe the URLs to the incoming clipart page.

Also, please post the rest to the wiki where applicable. The
instructions for using this wiki are on the main clipart page.

I think we need to lobby HEAVILY for ooffice to support SVG ASAP!
