[Clipart] Forum and cliparts

Hello people.

I really would like to see some kind of forum on our site, but I see no such 
thing yet... Is it really such a difficult thing to set it up?

Many people are asking for cliparts, and the demand is high, but unfortunately 
I see only packages with SVGs, So I send them all to TheOpenCD, where the PNG, 
with user-friendly installer exists...
