A meeting for a global project should always include UTC time.  After all, 
there are more than two timezones in the world.  So, instead of asking (say) 
the European contributors to learn the offset from an American timezone, 
please post the time in the internatially agreed Universal Time.  Everyone 
learns their offset with respect to just one time, and life is easier for 
everyone.  This is only a minimum of courtesy.

The meeting will be held at 02:00 UTC Tue.

It might also be good to ask people when they can make it.  02:00 UTC would 
be very bad for someone in Eastern Europe (4am for them).
