blue, just normal blue (not whatever pale shade of turquoise/cyan is
currently being used).  preferably underlined.
Ask Jakob Neilsen.

The white text on Pale blue background isn't very clear but I think my
eyesight might be just a little off from using tiny white writing on a
black background all day.
