[Clipart] tools: why use SVG::Metadata for transforming xml?

Oh.  Sorry, I didn't understand it that way.  When you asked why it
was being used "all over the place", I thought that maybe you were
under the impression that XML transformation was something we do a lot
of, and that SVG::Metadata was being used in a lot of places where
XSLT should be used instead.
