Okay, those parts are done now, and also I generated thumbnails for
the images in some categories that were missing them.  I'll scp the
result to the server tonight and it will appear here:
/home/jonadab/openclipart-0.10-reorg.zip

We can use this as the starting point for the 0.11 release.
