Presumably also " is supported, yes?  Those were the original
four character entities in HTML (before HTML had version numbers or
the web had a consortium), for good reasons.  I really should be
paying more attention to the assumptions I'm making; The upload script
definitely should be encoding these characters as entities.  I'll have
to look into doing that.
