[Clipart] incoming

Man, since we dropped the last release, the incoming folder already has
28 submissions and growing. Also, the artists submitting all seem to be
new...this is good!

REITERATE: I think the more we can encourage and reward/praise
contributors, the better.

This is cool. I think that people read the PR and then submit or are
encouraged to submit.
