we have two ways to replace those 23 files:
- you (if you have CVS access to fd.o, or someone else with access) can 
delete your files from "incoming" and submit again the updated version. 
this should be done fast, as we approach the release date;
- be in touch with the person making the release (this month Bryce) and 
ensure he will replace your files with an updated version as part of the 
release process.
