[Clipart] cchost updated to using new SVN (past latest 2.0.1 release)

Hello all,

I've been awol for a time, but I found time to upgrade the cchost
installation for OCAL to using the new SVN (rather than CVS) and
upgraded the whole system past 2.0.1.

Please login and "manage the site" to see the latest changes.

I really wish I had more time to contribute ;) I'm way behind on my
emails to the list right now...and hope to catch up shortly...and most
definitely when this school semester ends may 12.
