There is a Perl script which can be used to add metadata to a lot of
files http://search.cpan.org/dist/SVG-Metadata/scripts/svg_annotate
I don't remember if this is working or not at the moment, but the upload
form accepts archives (tar, tgz, zip) and in theory it should take one
set of metadata and apply it to all files in the archive.
