[Clipart] incoming 0-byte bug

Hello, could anyone who has specific information and files that are
problematic right now with the upload process, please upload your info
and attachments to this bug on our bug tracker:

Thanks...we are trying to get this showstopper fixed asap.

The number of uploads we are receiving is suffering and we need to get
this fixed asap.
