Also, based on some experimentation done by Khiraly, it seems that it's
not necessarily an issue with the files themselves, because he was able
to upload one of the problematic files without issue.  So at this point
we're thinking maybe it's a browser specific bug.  It would be nice to
hear if the people having the problem are Windows users, and if so, if
they're using IE or something.
