Hi,
I think this clipart can't be in a public domain license because everybody may
copy/past in a document but a mayor can't use it for traffic sign in his town
too without buying to the german city or the author of this signs...
This clipart should be in a non commercial license...
I agree this clipart have to be removed from OCAL.
