[Clipart] metadata: general vs. specific in SVG

Hi,

When you have ideas to reorganize the metadatas of SVG contributions,
don't hesitate to give the complete set of metadata for a standard file.
Indeed it would be more easy to talk on a concrete exemple, which would permit 
me to propose a derivative of it including internationalisation (as mentioned 
in a previous thread).
