The Open Clip Art Library is released into the public domain, meaning 
the original authors of the works relinquish all proprietary rights to 
these works, including the exclusive right to sell copies of it for a 
profit, just like this person has done on eBay. In other words, this 
sounds completely legal, at least with the works from OCAL. I have no 
idea how the other works on the CD are licensed. For more information on
