You don't have to use the web form to send emails, you can subscribe to 
our mailing list: http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/clipart

Or just reply from your preferred mail client without being subscribed, 
the mail will go to moderation which will delay it a bit, but it will 
get  to the list (AFAIK).
