[Clipart] Announcement: SVGZ files now supported

Hi,

I'd be happy to do the news writing/clipart of the week thing since I'm more 
free now than the last few months, I only need someone to explain me how 
it's done (where can I find the news posting / clipart of the week admin 
page?)
