Click on the link and let the SVG render in your browser window.  Then  
do a Save Page As and you'll get the whole file correctly named.  Or  
you can right click on the image and do the same thing.  Opera and  
Safari are the most accurate on the Mac now, with Firefox lagging  
behind.
