[Clipart] ocal 2.0 latest?

There is a small problem that needs to be addressed: by automatically 
deleting all the PNGs and regeneration them, we'll loose the big PNGs that 
are sometimes attached to clipart entries.

Personally I have a few big PNGs among my submitions that are there without 
the SVG because of the upload problems that still persist on the current 
version of the website. I simply cannot upload an SVG that is bigger than 
600-800Kb.

Those PNGs should be probably saved since they are huge. Maybe there's a way 
to filter the PNGs by file size or dimensions so the small previews can be 
deleted and regenerated and the bigger ones can be left in place?

Another thing: What about the JPG files that are sometimes used as previews?
