[Clipart] Odd upload. Need advice, Susan Boyle fansite CD cover.

Well it seems more detailed and involved than the guy deserves. Point  
him to the guidelines and WHEN he doesn't respond after a reasonable  
time then delete them.  I think the whole first part defining clipart  
is inappropriate as we have lots of files in the library that aren't  
clipart.
