I'm taking a look at it all, and yes, the solution is to spread out
the admin to other people who can hack on the engine.

We are limited to three slots for primary admins who have full access
to the live code, but then can give out SVN access to our code, but
that is separate from SVN access to ccHost, which is at
http://code.creativecommons.org

I'll do my best to get it up and running, so we can move to openclipart 2.0.
