[Clipart] nearest authors

I found an interesting example of such thing here

it uses YUI 3.1 and YQL. trying to implement it based on the IP of the
user. BUT we don't keep users IPs after logging out for privacy
issues, I think we should start doing but we have to publish privacy
policy first or something. what do you think?
