For that matter I'd also suggest

   1. We make those policy pages live and open on the website, so that more
   people can see it and not just those who are on the mailing list. More eyes
   in a community project helps immensly. Let's get the entire OCAL author base
   involved?
   2. We add "if you want to help write any of these polices, please send an
   email to jon at rejon.org, or join the mailing list <joining link> to
   continue the discussion <discussion link>" to the disclaimer at the top.
   3. Allow more time for the consensus to come back on the DMCA, and on the
   CC0 issue. OR, you make the decision for what you feel is best for OCAL, and
   stop calling it a community project, when there's only about 10 people doing
   things on it. Ultimately you pay the bills for OCAL so I think you have more
   than 51% of the vote, but you either have to act on that, or re-structure
   the way you operate the community project. (I'm not telling you how to do
   your "job" or role, I'm just saying something that might help. Teach me how
   to say it better, if I've said it offensively.)
