[Clipart] FCRC Logo contest extended

I loved the ideas!
I didn't have time (and decent ideas) to participate in the logo contest,
but I missed the monthly theme and I think that even without prizes and
sponsors, people will embrace the idea and submit good work, if the contest
is promoted properly.
