[Clipart] Open Clip Art Library Theme/Seasonal Package Releases

I think they should all just come in and decide upon a tag like

may2010 and spring

or spring2010

Another idea, is to have upon upload something like a dropdown saying:

Is this to be included in the spring 2010 package of themed clipart?

Or, more generic so we can re-use: Include in themed package:
(dropdown with the tag to be added)?

Then, upon uploading one can add.

Another task would be to go through the collection of cliparts we have
and tag them appropriately.

I would prefer a tag that denotes both the month and theme and year,
or could just use the spring and may2010 tags.
