[Clipart] Open Clip Art Library Theme/Seasonal Package Releases

Brad, can you integrate the plan for the monthly packages on the
http://openclipart.org/wiki/Roadmap page

Then, we can all comment there and set the course.

How about then, for LGM we try to get spring and summer packages. Brad
already announced spring, so lets keep that and add summer too...

So, I guess the tags for the monthly themed package should just be
2010may or 2010-05 or 2010-05-package Thoughts on that part?
