Once a user/artist is signed in, there should now be a link titled 'Edit
Profile' under their name/user-name on their user-detail page.

The profile is now limited to the following:

* Full Name
* Email
* Hompage
* Avatar Raster Image Generated from SVG Upload

Avatar Warning: Once you set your avatar using the following method,
your avatar selection from that point on will be limited to the images
generated from your SVG uploads!

Bug description:
I may be mistaken, but I expect that OCAL signed-in artists that click on
the "Profile" link should be able to (at least) specify an avatar and "User
Homepage" URL. Being a recently registered artist, I was unable to do this.
