[Clipart] NEW FEATURE! - rss feed for comments TO you, on your cliparts.

[chovynz]

It works with your login. You have to be logged in, in the site, then
refresh your feeder, to see the comments on your clipart. It is for all
registered users.
Oops I just realised, I've only tested it with Systemgod and Librarian. I'll
test with regular user today.
