[Clipart] NEW FEATURE! - rss feed for comments TO you, on your cliparts.

There are two stages / links to the feed.
If you are not logged in, The first takes you to the login page.
If you are logged in, The second shows you all the comments that are made on
your clipart. These ones have links to the actual clipart themselves.

I got the second one working, and it was easy. The first was a little more
challenging to accomplish, even though the content was simpler. Both pages
validate.
