[Clipart] auto tweet to twitter OCAL account

If tweets are taken from RSS then we can upload files upon upload and
save that yfrog ID in database and display yfrog url.

Which RSS it's used for tweets?

There is also one small issue with tweets url is shortened twice

And also hash tags for tweets would be nice. If tweets are taken from
RSS I can create special rss only for tweets with hash tags in it.

I can also connect the site to twitter using twitter API. I want
to allow tweets to users account upon upload, so I will need to use
twitter API anyway. We can do the same with facebook.
