[Clipart] clipart view problem

Hi!
I have a problem with this clipart.

. As you see there is a stamp here. But also there is a writing on the 
black area. But, I can not see it. When I click "View Image" button, 
everything seems OK. I uploaded the same image 3 times but, the result 
is same, unfortunately. Is there anyone who knows why?
