[Clipart] Image only SVG files

Hi,

* image_only (SVG file contains only raster images)
* has_images (SVG file contains images)

If it gets decided to implement this, I would suggest "raster_only" and
"has_raster" (or bitmap_only, etc. if raster sounds too esoteric) instead.
Someone might argue that vector can be an image too. :-)
