Just noticed something, the file handle LOG_IN is used to send the
contents of the client log file to the Tinderbox server, this is done in
chunks as the build progresses. Therefore this file handle has state,
its position in the file. We probably need to add a new file handle so
we can rewind to the beginning of the file without effecting the
transmission of the log to the server.
