[SCIM] scim 0.9.6 & openOffice

The only reason of this issue is that you upgraded gtk2 to 2.4.x.
Because one API used by SCIM was changed since gtk2 2.4.0. So you must
recompile SCIM if you want to use it with gtk2 2.4.x.
It's nothing to do with qt3.
