[SCIM] scim 1.0.2 source package is available now.

Hi,
  I think this issue should be fixed in IMEngine module packages, such
as scim-uim, scim-m17n, scim-anthy, scim-hangul etc. scim itself has
no input method at all. So I think it's better to move the script into
IMEngine packages.
