[SCIM] Mind to update scim-tables-zh?

Hi,
  Of course I can merge your new tables into scim-tables-zh. But 
currently the latest version of scim-tables can only work with scim 
1.1.x. And I'll not release another 0.4.x scim-tables to include the new 
tables. So for Debian packages, it's better to make a separated patch 
against the old 0.4.x scim-tables, so that we can catch up the schedule 
of Debian 3.1
