Hi Dave,

we actually an older document over at gentooJP thats written in english
(i wrote it) that might be of use to you.. let me know if you're
interested.. its mainly about setting up a Japanese environment.. but it
must be at least 8 or 9 months old, though I think most of it is still
relevant.
