[Uim] bug? with uim-xim and kde/qt

Hi,

I'm not quite sure how to describe this problem. I'll give it a try and
see if htere are other kde users out there that get the same thing.

In short, the problem is characterized by not being able to input using
hte keyboard when new windows pop up, regardless of whether the xim is
on or off.

On my desktop, it seems like when it happens, if I close the konqueror
window on the same desktop, that usually fixes the problem. But
sometimes kdevelop and others will do the same thing. Its always with
the newer windows that come up on the desktop. When the problem first
occurs, the windows that are already open take input fine.

If I switch my xim to kinput2, the problem goes away completely, so I'm
guessing its and issue with uim-xim, but I have no clue what the reason
could be, or how to reproduce it. I just know it happens alot.
