[Uim] uim-py: Adding idioms to PY.scm

Hello,

After sending my previous post, I noticed that 拗 and 卞 were appearing as  
the first candidate of many many entries!  Looks like I did something  
wrong in my spreadsheet...

I fixed them all and replaced the files, so can you please download either  
of them again.  Sorry for the trouble.
