[Uim] (Possibly) new version of romaja.scm

Hello!

After playing around with romaja.scm, I found that the entries "Yu" and
"Ye" produced Hangeul Jamo instead of full Hangeul syllables. In
hangul2.scm, these entries were separated, but they've become duplicates
in romaja.scm.

So I've made a new version of romaja.scm without these two Jamo entries,
and I hope that this doesn't go against some secret Hangeul rule.
