[Uim] uim-svn doesn't install uim-fep

I tested uim-svn1044:
$ svn checkout http://freedesktop.org:8080/svn/uim/trunk
./autogen.sh
%configure2_5x --with-m17n
%make
%install
but it doesn't install uim-fep. 

Also I tried it:
%configure2_5x --with-m17n --enable-fep
but nothing changed.
