[Uim] uim-svn doesn't install uim-fep

Hmm, maybe it's caused by my change of configure.ac. I also noticed that
configure script complained 'use_uim_fep: command not found'. It's
caused by extra spaces. Please try rev 1045, I confirmed that uim-fep is
made at this revision. (Though I didn't confirmed uim-fep disappearing.)
