* uim-skk
 - Added completion feature from input history. (Etsushi Kato)
 - Caret can move in recursive word learning mode. (Etsushi Kato)
 - C-q is usable in latin-conv mode. (This key commits preedit as
   wide-latin strings.)  (Etsushi Kato)

* uim-fep
 - Added NULL check and range check. (Masanari Yamamoto)

* uim-m17nlib
 - Greatly improved. Now you can use it! (But small bugs seems still
    existing...)

And some small bug fixes, internal structure improvements.
